Nutty Scientists: Rockets, Racers and Robots (Preschool: Ages 3-5)

A preschool and guardian class with the Nutty Scientists! Join Professor Pollen in a day of exploring Rockets, Racers and Robots. We will start with coding a robot in a surprising and artistic way. Then, we will explore simple machines with a handmade vehicle, followed by a short lesson in air fueled rockets! Please note that the robots are not for take home, but the other projects are!

Nutty Scientists: Science of Pokémon (Ages 6-10)

In this after school program, kids explore the world of Pokémon through hands-on science and imagination! Students will become engineers to construct a Pokémon-catching device; biologists to study the anatomy of some wild Pokémon; and chemists to explore the way special types of Pokémon can make crazy attacks and defenses. What types of Pokémon are you most excited to explore?
