Youth Daytime Classes are designed for parents and caregivers and young kids! Its the perfect way to bond with your little one while pursuing your own interests and hobbies, and try something new!

Yoga for Parent and Preschooler (Ages 3-5)
This class offers yoga poses you and your child can practice together, helping to develop a stronger bond. Yoga offers many benefits to adults and has much to offer kids too. It’s a great way to keep active--children exposed to movement in their formative years are more likely to maintain healthy habits. Yoga requires concentration--excellent practice for preschoolers learning to sit still or remain engaged in activities. Yoga improves balance and hand/eye coordination. This is a unique opportunity to spend valuable one-on-one time with your little one! No previous yoga experience needed. Bring a yoga mat and water. Instructor: Bonnie Frizzell.
