REV+FLOW by REFIT® (Strength/Cardio/Low-Impact)

REV+FLOW is a total body workout that encompasses five types of exercises all rolled into one hour: strength, core, balance, mobility and cardio! Combination movements are set to music using optional hand weights and body weight. The moves stay low impact and kind to your joints while allowing you to keep the intensity up! Please bring an exercise mat, optional 2-3lb hand weights and water.
