Come join us for a fun & physically active water aerobics workout! Instructor Amy McCullough has 30 years teaching experience. Enjoy some great music while you keep moving. This is a shallow/deep water class, however you don’t need to go into deep water if you’re not comfortable. Come shake our aqua-booties!
