  • Healing Sounds...Sound Bath

Tibetan Bowls and Gongs have been used for thousands of years to assist people into deep meditative states of consciousness. For the purpose of reducing stress levels and bringing you back to a state of balance. Experience how quickly these sounds can take you to a place of stillness and calm. No previous meditation experience is needed. Experience an hour of listening to these sounds that can take you quickly into a place of stillness and calm. As your mind becomes quiet, your body starts the process of releasing stress. Everyone has a personal experience with sound. One person may feel very relaxed, another’s thinking may have more clarity. Someone’s blood pressure may lower, another’s pain may be diminished. Some will have better sleep while another will find their energy is back. Whatever you find, will be just what you need. Students will be lying on the floor, please bring whatever you find to be comfortable. A thick mat or two. A zero-gravity chair. A blanket to keep you warm (your temperature will drop slightly as you relax). Maybe an eye covering and bolster for under your knees. A pillow for your head. Whatever helps you to relax, as this hour is all about you! Instructor: Karen Kline, Certified Sound Therapist www.staytoonedllc.com
