    We are so excited for our youth Pirate basketball players to get on the court and play. It has been a whirlwind of a winter season, and we are doing everything we can to foster and support our students' interest in the sport of basketball. With such short notice and Spring sports right around the corner we truly appreciate everyone’s patience, flexibility and understanding as we try to get these kids active and engaged. 
  • Daytime Youth Classes

    Youth Daytime Classes are designed for parents and caregivers and young kids! Its the perfect way to bond with your little one while pursuing your own interests and hobbies, and try something new! Yoga for Parent and Preschooler (Ages 3-5) This class offers yoga poses you and your child can practice together, helping to develop a stronger bond. Yoga offers many benefits to adults and has much to offer kids too. It’s a great way to keep active--children exposed to movement in their formative years are more likely to maintain healthy habits. Yoga requires concentration--excellent practice for preschoolers learning to sit still or remain engaged in activities. Yoga improves balance and hand/eye coordination. Modifications are provided as needed, making this class accessible for all fitness levels. With just your own body weight, you’ll build strength, boost energy and enjoy a supportive community.   • Field Hockey

    SPRING FIELD HOCKEY WHO? 4th grade girls (new or returning) WHEN/ WHERE? Practices Wednesday April 28-May 26 at the Pathfinder field in front of the bus garage 3:45-5pm- a coach will meet players in the Navigator commons and walk them to the field. Parent pick up is by the field. GAMES- Saturdays 10:00-11:30 pm May 1, 8, 15, 22, and June 5th at Dexter High School twin turf fields (field closest to Parker Road) -2200 N Parker Rd, Dexter 48130 Players will be divided by grade/skill level for the games. Players will receive a reversible pinnie for the games as part of the fee. WHAT?Have fun and increase your skill level or learn about field hockey for the first time! Please bring water, shin guards, mouthguard, sneakers, and a stick. Sticks can be borrowed and assigned to the same player for the duration of the season. Alison Wink (PHS coach, Farley teacher, program coordinator) and 2-3 high school players will work with the girls. Cost $65.

    Martial Arts - Classes held at Way-of-Life Martial Arts 7480 E -M 36 Hamburg The programs at Way-of-Life Martial Arts are ideal for students who have a ton of energy and are interested in a safe, fun and well-rounded program that focuses not only on teaching the foundational skills of the martial arts but also the essential life skills that will provide an advantage in life.
  • Soccer

    PIRATE SOCCER CLUB aims to develop soccer specific skills. This program builds strong fundamental foundations for physical skills, promotes teamwork and inspires confidence at a young age in a successful atmosphere where learning is fun. Our coaching staff will be a combination of Varsity Coaches and volunteers, all under the direction and guidance of Pinckney Men's Varsity Coach, Sean Grace.
  • Summer Sport Camps

    Pinckney Community Education offers sport camps for ages K - 12. Additional children in the same family, registering for the same camp will receive $5.00 sibling discount.
  • Swim

    Classes scheduled for 45 minutes of water time and classes scheduled for 30 minutes have 25 minutes of water time. Spectators should remain in the bleacher area. Street shoes are not allowed on the pool deck. Boys over 41/2 years of age should use the Boy's locker room. Girls over 41/2 years of age should use the Girl's locker room.
