About Mommy and Me

Mommy and me classes are daytime classes designed for parents and caregivers and young kids! Its the perfect way to bond with your little one while pursuing your own interests and hobbies, and try something new!

Yoga for Parent and Preschooler (Ages 3-5)
This class offers yoga poses you and your child can practice together, helping to develop a stronger bond. Yoga offers many benefits to adults and has much to offer kids too. It’s a great way to keep active--children exposed to movement in their formative years are more likely to maintain healthy habits. Yoga requires concentration--excellent practice for preschoolers learning to sit still or remain engaged in activities. Yoga improves balance and hand/eye coordination. This is a unique opportunity to spend valuable one-on-one time with your little one! No previous yoga experience needed. Bring a yoga mat and water. Instructor: Bonnie Frizzell.

Aqua Tots Daytime Lessons
Designed specifically for parent/caregiver and babies/toddlers. These daytime lessons take place at Pathfinder Pool with Amy McCullough.

Aqua Tots 1: This class is about bonding with the parents as they provide support and guidance at all times. Children are still developing strength and coordination while exploring the water. We play games and sing songs as parents learn how to hold their children and move them through the water.

Aqua Tots 2: For those ready to explore swimming more independently with parental guidance. Children will develop core strength, begin learning coordination of strokes and kicks while using noodles and equipment for support.
