Yoga for Whole Body Wellness & Stress Relief

Yin Yoga style is a practice of gentle and passive floor-based stretches held for a brief duration of time (3-5min) while a quiet focus is placed on awareness of relaxing the body through calm conscious breathing. Yin yoga improves connective joint integrity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. The perfect self-care for a tense inflexible body. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, encouraged extras are yoga blocks and small blanket.
