Dance HIIT Fit

Winter 2026

Get fit while having fun!  Dance for cardio, build strength and stretch out. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines short bursts of intense exercise with short recovery breaks. HIIT gives you the results you are looking for. Work at your own pace. Please bring your own mat, water and light hand weights. Instructor: Tanya Smith, 12 years experience.  

Please note: Class will be held April 9, but not April 16. Changes were made the the schedule since the printing of the brochure.
