Yin Yoga for a Strong Body

A quiet and meditative all-level yoga practice that works deeply and gently into the connective tissues using extended holds of passive postures to enhance and renew the body’s vital energy, prevent joint rigidity and immobility of the joints, and nourish the body at a cellular level. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Option to also bring a block, strap, and a blanket if you have them. Instructor: Krystal Godlesky
